What The WSquared Media (W2M) Privacy Policy Covers

• This Privacy Policy covers W2M's treatment of personally identifiable information that W2M collects when you are on the W2M site, and when you use W2M's services. This policy also covers W2M's treatment of any personally identifiable information that W2M's business partners share with W2M or that W2M may collect on a partner's site.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that W2M does not own or control, or to people that W2M does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

• W2M collects personally identifiable information when you use certain W2M products or services, when you visit W2M pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. W2M may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

W2M Promotion Most promotions that are hosted or co-sponsored by W2M don't require you to be a W2M registered user.

• When you participate in a W2M-sponsored or hosted promotion, you are subject the Official Rules of that promotion.
